Williamsfield, Ohio - Agnes Irene Tabor, age 96, Died on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, with her family by her side. She was born on February 8, 1915, in Benton, Ohio, a daughter of Maude Mineriva (Decker) and Daniel John Miller. She was a 1932 graduate of Williamsfield High School. A lifelong Williamsfield resident, Mrs. Tabor was an inspector for General Electric of Andover for twenty-seven years and retired in 1977. On March 21, 1934, she married Paul Ellis Tabor. She was a member of the Williamsfield Mothers Club and enjoyed crocheting, quilting, playing bingo and cards. Mrs. Tabor is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of forty-five years, Paul Ellis Tabor; three sisters, Golda Bailey, Minnie Smith, Ann Collins; a brother, Robert Miller and a foster son, Dallas Burt. Survivors include two daughters, M. Sue (Bill) Szewczyk, Lana Adele (Ed) Muir of Gustavus, Ohio; a son, Gary Allen (Darlene) Tabor of Williamsfield, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Darla, Lynn, James, Jill, Steven, Karen, Erin and Cara; twelve great grandchildren, Bill, Becky, Angie, Katie, Randy, JC, Nicole, Andrew, Spencer, Conner, Leah and Christian and four great great grandchildren, Jackson, Elliott, Abigail and Allison. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 1:00pm at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio. Burial will follow in Williamsfield Cemetery.
