Williamsfield, Ohio � Albert R. Burnett, age 88, died on Thursday, November 18, 2010, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on November 1, 1922, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, the son of Ana (Korenic) and Mirko Burnett. Mr. Burnett was a 1940 graduate of Rayon High School in Youngstown, Ohio. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Burnett married Elizabeth Liposchak on February 21, 1950. He was a Railroad Conductor for the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad and retired in 1974 after forty-five years of service. Mr. Burnett was a member of the Williamsfield Methodist Church; a sixty-five year member of the Transportation Union; a fifty year member of the St. George Lodge No. 66 of Youngstown, Ohio. He toured Croatia in 1989 with the St. George Kolo Dance Group; sang with the Veseljaci Tamburitzans and played an instrument with the O.D. SRCE Tamburitzans. Mr. Burnett enjoyed fishing, being in the woods, traveling and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Mary and Frances; and three brothers, John, Charles and Elmer. Survivors include his wife of sixty years, Elizabeth Burnett of Williamsfield, Ohio; two daughters, Sandra K. Lisko of Warren, Ohio and Patricia A. (Edward) McHenry of Hilliard, Ohio; a son, Raymond A. (Julianne) Burnett of Austintown, Ohio; five grandchildren, Ryan, Sean and Tricia McHenry; John and Michael Lisko and a great grandson, Connor McHenry.
