Anna M. Ferryman

Andover, Ohio - Anna M. Ferryman, age 79 died on Monday, November 27, 2006. She was born on April 18, 1927 in Jefferson, Ohio, Clinton County, to Jacob A. and Jeanette M. (Briggs) Burton. Mrs. Ferryman was a 1945 graduate of London High School. A longtime Williamsfield resident, Mrs. Ferryman was recently an Andover resident. She was employed by Target of Kinsman, Ohio for over twelve years and most recently was a cook for the former Miller Memorial Nursing Home for over six years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. On December 15, 1945 she married Azel Ferryman. He died on October 3, 1985. Preceding her in death are her parents, and brothers Paul , Herald, Robert, Charles, Virgil and Donald Burton. Survivors include three daughters, Rae Nell Smith of Williamsfield, Ohio, Cathy L. Ferryman of Andover, Ohio, Criss S. (Rick) Lautanen of Williamsfield; two sisters, Mary Furnis of Ankeytown, Ohio, Virginia Tharp of Fredricktown, Ohio; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio. Calling hours will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 30, 2006 until the time of services. Burial will follow in Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
