ANNA HANEY, age 84, of Howland, Ohio, died Saturday, September 29, 2007, at her home. She was born October 13, 1922, in Dobra, West Virginia, to Gabor and Barbara (Beteri) Puskas. A resident of Howland for the past two years, Mrs. Haney was formerly of Grayson, Kentucky, and Rock Creek, Ohio. She was employed by the Smith & Wesson Ammunition Plant in Rock Creek. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting. Mrs. Haney is survived by her nephew whom she raised as her son, Edward (Darlene) Puskas, of Howland, OH; two step daughters, Diana (Jack) Siple of Dacula, GA, and Brenda (Mike) Rock of Rock Hill, SC; granddaughter, Erin Puskas of Howland; five step grandchildren, Bryan, Scott, and Devin Siple, and Gregg and Brad Powell; and one brother, Andrew (Dolores) Puskas of Broadview Heights, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, John Toth in 1981; her second husband, John Haney in 2005; three brothers, Frank, Louie, and Gabor Puskas; one sister, Irene Puskas; and a twin brother and sister. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Rock Creek,OH.
