Anna B. Steiner

Anna B. Steiner, age 100, of Austintown, Ohio, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at Victoria House in Austintown, OH. She was born July 15, 1912, in Queenstown, PA, a daughter of George and Sidney Irene (King) Lynch. A resident of Austintown for the past six years, Mrs. Steiner was formerly of Johnston township, OH. She was a homemaker; and was a member of the Johnston Federated U.M. Church. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, and square dancing. Mrs. Steiner married Andrew A. Steiner on November 11, 1933. He died November 4, 2002. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, MaryAnn Hamler; two son-in-laws, James Hamler and Dean Burkett; six sisters, Georgia Ross, Ruth Shakley, Claudine Johns, Edna Fair, Genevieve Miller, and Ardell Flanigan; and one brother, Raymond Lynch. She is survived by her son, James R. (Willie) Steiner of Lebanon, OH; her daughter, Reba A. Burkett of Austintown, OH; 7 Grandchildren, Alicia, Scott, Eric, Greg, Todd, Shawn, and Michelle; 11 Great Grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Shakley. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH, with Pastor Ron McIlvaine officiating. Burial will take place in Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, PA. Calling hours will be on Monday, March 18th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
