Arline E. Overmoyer, age 89, of Andover,OH, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center. She was born October 18, 1927, in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of John and Emily (Maly) Fenner. Formerly of Williamsfield and Cleveland, she was a graduate of South High School in Cleveland. Following high school, she was employed by American Steel & Wire in Cleveland in their payroll department. Later on she worked for Western Auto in Cleveland as a bookkeeper; and Andover Industries for several years. She retired in 1989 as a school bus driver from Pymatuning Valley Schools in Andover after 20 years. Mrs. Overmoyer was a member of the Williamsfield United Methodist Church; a member and past president of the Wayne-Williamsfield Mother's Club; and a member and past Home Ec chairman for the Williamsfield Grange. Her hobbies included cooking and canning. Mrs. Overmoyer married Earl M. Overmoyer on May 23, 1968, and he preceded her in death on April 17, 2011. She is also preceded by her parents; 2 sisters, Dorothy Solly and Lois Ponikvar; and 6 brothers, Glenn Fenner, John "Jack" Fenner, Robert Fenner, Raymond Fenner, and twin infant brothers. She is survived by her son, David (Sheila) Jordan of Williamsfield, OH; her daughter, Debbie (Mark) Jordan-Vosburg of Ashtabula, OH; 4 step children, Daniel (Carol) Overmoyer of Pennsylvania, Robert (Carrie) Overmoyer of West Virginia, James (Joyce) Overmoyer of Galion, OH, and Abbie (Ron) Naumann of Kentucky; 1 brother, Donald (Marge) Fenner of Willowick,OH; 2 sisters, Joan Morawski of Middleburg Heights, OH, and Carol (Clem) Nesnadny of Mentor,OH; 3 Grandchildren, Bunky Jordan, Jo Silvers, and Jordan Vosburg; 10 Step Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren, Megan VanAllen, Becky Jordan, Matthew, Adam, Noah, and Morgan Silvers;16 Step Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, James Jordan and Logan VanAllen; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Overmoyer will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, from 11:30 AM until 3:00 PM at the Williamsfield Community Center, corner of St. Rt. 7 and 322, Williamsfield, OH. A luncheon will be held at 12:30 PM.
