Arthur "Larry" Foreman

Andover, Ohio - Arthur "Larry" Foreman, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 21, 2009. He was born on April 11, 1939, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Arthur Lawrence Foreman Sr. and Martha Barnhart Foreman. Larry was a 1957 graduate of Burbank High School, of Burbank, California. A resident of Andover, Ohio for the past six years, Larry was formerly of St. Paul, Indiana and southern Texas. He formerly was an engineer for Zenith and Delco Electronics, Mattel Toys and Andover Industries. Larry currently was the owner and operator of Nehemiah Restorations of Andover. On June 25, 1983 Larry married Victoria S. Breland. He was a member of the Rock of Grace Family Ministries where he was a church trustee. Larry was on the Ashtabula County Board of M.R.D.D. and the swim coach of the Ashtabula County swim team of the Special Olympics. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Larry is preceded in death by his parents and a brother William Foreman. Survivors include his wife of twenty-five years, Victoria S. Foreman of Andover, Ohio; a son, Matthew L. (Denise) Foreman of Sacramento, California; four daughters, Vanessa S. Foreman, of Andover, Ohio, Dina Farraro of Washington D.C., Chetrice L. (Christopher) Mosley of Greenwood, Indiana, and Deanna (Josh) Yesh; a sister, Janet (Virgil) Newberry of Bend, Oregon; his father-in-law Bernard S. Breland and nine grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11:00a.m. at Rock of Grace Family Services, 6745 State Route 5, Kinsman, Ohio, with Pastor Mark Biel officiating. Burial will follow in Kinsman Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio.
