Barbara A. Gleason, 62 years old, of Bazetta, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 6, 2004, in Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio. Barbara was born in Youngstown, Ohio, on December 23, 1941, to the late Paul Drvodelic and the late Anna (Secka) Drvodelic. A lifelong area resident, Mrs. Gleason was a 1959 Liberty High School graduate. She was employed by Packard Electric in Warren, Ohio, for 15 years, and prior to that by S & H Green Stamp Redemption Store in Youngstown for a few years. Mrs. Gleason married Phillip P. Gleason, Jr. on September 14, 1963. Preceding her in death are her parents and four brothers, Steve, Martin, Paul and John Drvodelic. She is survived by her husband, Phillip P. Gleason, Jr. of Bazetta Township, OH; her son, Phillip P. (Heather) Gleason III, of Boardman, OH; her grandson, Matthew Grobosky of Boardman, OH; her brother-in-law, Richard Gleason of Liberty, OH; and sister-in-law, Kay Drvodelic of Youngstown, OH. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2004, at 4:00p.m. at the Vernon United Methodist Church, 6123 St. Rt. 7, Vernon, Ohio, with Pastor Erwin Urschitz officiating. Mrs. Gleason will be cremated and no calling hours will be observed.
