Betty B. Fisk

Denver, CO- Betty B. Fisk, age 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Thursday, April 18, 2013. She was born in Jamestown, PA, on November 15, 1925, to G. D'Orville Bush and Ruth M. Bush. She graduated from Jamestown High School in 1944. She married Robert L. Fisk in 1949. He preceded her in death in 1997. She is survived by four children, Dale (Lucy) of Northglenn, CO, Gary (Marlys) of Pine, CO, Janet Blomberg of Plymouth, MI, and Marlin (Diane) of Midwest City, OK, eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one sibling, Robert (Nila) Bush of Jamestown, PA. Betty and Bob were charter members of Champion Baptist Church in Champion, OH, helping to start the church there in 1964. Betty was active in children's ministries, helping to teach an after-school Bible club at Bristolville School, as well as helping in children's ministry at her church. They were members of Calvary Bible Church in Lapeer, MI, after their move to Michigan. After their marriage Bob and Betty resided in Colebrook, OH, and Bristolville, OH, until 1969, at which time they moved to Imlay City, MI. She moved to Denver, CO, in 1998 and resided there until her death. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 10:00 AM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH.
