Bonnie L. Wolfe

Bonnie L. Wolfe, 61 yrs old, of Andover, Ohio, died Tuesday, December 9, 2003, at home. Bonnie was born on March 14, 1942, in Warren, Ohio, to Ruth (Eaken) White McMichael and the late Joseph White. A long time Andover resident, Bonnie was formerly of Bristol, Pennsylvania. She was a 1960 Andover High School graduate. Bonnie married Richard L. Wolfe on February 19, 1961. She was co-owner and operator of Andover Appliance Center for 22 years. Formerly, she was a cosmetologist and assistant coordinator of volunteers at the Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA. She was a member of the Andover Church of Christ; a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4035, Andover; a past member of the Mardi Club in Andover; and served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Salvation Army in Andover. Bonnie adored her granddaughters, enjoyed sharing time with her friends, and she loved to play golf. Preceding Bonnie in death are her step-father, James McMichael; her father, Joseph White; and grandparents, Todd and Nelma Eaken. She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Wolfe of Andover, OH; her son, Gregory S. Wolfe of Williamsfield, OH; her son, Bradley K. Wolfe of Andover, OH; her daughter, Diane M. Penn of Andover, OH; her granddaughters Ashley and Rachel Wolfe of Andover, OH; and granddaughters, LeAnn and Deneen Penn of Andover, OH; her mother, Ruth (Eaken) White McMichael of Andover, OH; her sister, Gladys Heath of Andover, OH; and sister, Deborah Smegal of Kinsman, OH. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2003, at 1:00p.m. at the Andover Church of Christ, Stillman Ave., Andover, Ohio, with Pastor Robert C. Gears officiating. Burail of cremated remains will take place following the service at Maple Grove Cemetery in Andover. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6-8pm at the church.
