Bruce M. McCloskey

Bruce M. McCloskey, age 67, of Andover, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at his home. He was born October 5, 1947, in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of Edward McCloskey and Irene (McAfoose) Yuhasz. A resident of Andover for the past 4 years, Bruce was formerly of Moncks Corner, South Carolina. He was employed for many years as a welder and machinist. Bruce was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman and he enjoyed playing video games. Bruce is survived by his wife, Sharon D. (Huxford) McCloskey of Andover, OH; his daughter, Kelly L. (Andy) Garrett of Cranberry township, PA; his 6 grandchildren, Jay, Kevin, Andrew, Alexis, Axton, and Ariel; his brother, Edward (Betty) McCloskey of Andover, OH; and his sister, Carol Miller of Goose Creek, SC. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother-in-law, Gerald Miller. Private services will be held for the family.
