Carol Sue Clute

Wayne, Ohio - Carol Sue Clute, age 73, died on Thursday, February 11, 2016 after a brief illness. She was born on October 19, 1942, in Dorset, Ohio a daughter of Claudia M. (Spencer) and Leonard Allen Jewell. Carol was a 1960 graduate of Jefferson High School and she graduated from Cosmetology school, owning her own shop for a while. She also worked for the former Locke Machine of Andover and was a greeter for the former Wagon Wheel of Williamsfield, Ohio. Carol loved to spend time with her grandchildren, garden, and take fall trips to Amish Country. Carol is preceded in death by her father and an infant son. Survivors include her husband of fifty-one years, Dana G. Clute of Wayne, Ohio; four children, Shannon K. (Ken) Kidwell of Williamsfield, Ohio, Tanis J. (Larry) Owen of Andover, Ohio, Cline M. (Brandi) Clute of Williamsfield, Ohio and Chris L. (Jeff) Babb of Wayne, Ohio; her mother, Claudia M. Jewell of Dorset, Ohio, two sisters, Linda Jewell and Judy (Herb) Dean both of Dorset, Ohio and eleven grandchildren, Tyler, Teresa, Troy, Cole, Abbey, Kari, Cassie, Trevor, Allison, Chase, Gregory along with many nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.
