Andover, Ohio - Charles William Lewis, age 48, died on Saturday, May 1, 2010, suddenly at his home. He was born on January 1, 1962 in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Dorothy Leoda (Hodson) and Charles Austin Lewis. Chuck was a 1981 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School. He was employed by the former Redan Machine of Andover, Ohio for over nineteen years and most recently was employed for Kraftmaid for the past six years. Chuck was a member of the Pymatuning Aerie Eagles Club. He was a family man and enjoyed doing special things with different members of his family. Chuck enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing with is brother Lenny and his father-in-law. He liked to fix up old cars and work on motorcycles. He loved and collected eagles. Chuck was always available with a helping hand and loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie L. Lewis of Andover, Ohio; his son, Charles Raymond Lewis and fianc� Tiffany Ludwick, whom he treated like his own daughter, both of Andover, Ohio; his mother, Dottie L. Lewis of Andover, Ohio; two sisters, Tami L. (Tony) Mongenel of Ashtabula, Ohio and Traci L. (Randy) Buie of Andover, Ohio; three brothers, Lenny J. (Katie) Lewis of New Middletown, Ohio, Robert P. (Julie) Lewis and Russell A. Lewis both of Andover, Ohio; three grandchildren, Blake, Anthony "Stewie" and Madison; and special friends, Toni Lynn, Jill, Loretta, Janet, Arthur, Janice, Victor and Steve. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 6:00pm at Baumgardner Funeral Home 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
