Charles R. Reynolds, Jr., age 57, of Andover, died Monday, May 24, 2010, at UPMC Horizon Hospital in Greenville, Pennsylvania, after a lengthy illness. He was born July 21, 1952, in Geneva, Ohio, a son of Charles R. Reynolds, Sr. and Dorothy E. (Bell) Reynolds. A lifetime Ashtabula County resident, Chuck was a 1971 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School in Andover. He was employed for over twenty years by Wagon Trails Resort in New Lyme Township as maintenance supervisor. He formerly was a truck driver for many years; and was co-owner of Treasure Island in Andover. Chuck enjoyed music and playing guitar; and racing cars with his brother at Thompson Raceway. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Talbot,of Meadville, Pennsylvania; a brother, Timothy Reynolds of Andover, sister, Debbie (Jerry) Hale of Andover, brother, Robert (Claudia) Reynolds of Andover, brother, Edward (Marilyn) Reynolds of Dorset, brother, Richard L. Reynolds and partner James Alkire of New Lyme Township; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Calling hours will be Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH. A graveside service will be on Friday, May 28th at 1:00 P.M. at Brownville Cemetery, New Lyme Township, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
