Christine M Forbes

Christine M. Forbes, age 57, of Richmond Township, Ohio, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at her home. She was born November 8, 1952, in Oil City, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Robert and Etta (Connor) Cooper. A long time area resident, Mrs. Forbes had lived in Richmond since 1997. She was formerly employed by J.P. Molding in Dorset for several years. Her hobbies included crocheting and playing with her pets. She is survived by her husband of thirty-three years, Larry D. Forbes, of Richmond Township,OH; her three daughters, Jessi (Jim) Henderson of Andover, OH, Tawnya Armstrong and Angie VanZandt, both of Gulfport, Mississippi; her mother, Etta Cooper of Seneca, PA; five grandchildren, Joey Henderson, Ayla Valentine, Ariana "Boo" VanZandt, Alexis VanZandt, and Derek VanZandt; one great grandchild; one sister, Penny Jacoby; and one brother, Robert Cooper. She is preceded in death by her father and an infant daughter. Friends and family are invited for an informal visitation on Saturday, January 30, 2010 from 1 to 3 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH. Cremation will follow.
