Cora E. Bridle

Cora E. Bridle, age 81, a long time Andover resident,died Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at her daughter's residence, 3409D Eagles Loft, Cortland,OH 44410. She was born October 20, 1923 in Dublin, Georgia, to Elmo E. and Edna (Harp) Pope. Mrs. Bridle was employed by Andover Industries for 20 years; and enjoyed spending time with her family and two dogs, Mickey and Tigger, and flower gardening. Mrs. Bridle is preceded in death by her husband, Emerson "Jack" Bridle on Jan. 20, 2005; her son, John Kenneth Crawford,Jr.; daughter, Elaine Jacqueline Webker; two step daughters,Ona Marie Javorsky and Merri Jo Scrant; and a brother, Elbert K. Pope. She is survived by two daughters, Lynda L. Gregor (David) Patterson of Bazetta township, OH, Glenda Sue Boyer of Andover,OH; two step daughters, Sandra Lee Norton of Orwell,OH, and Honey B. Smith of Lakewood,OH; a sister, Evelys L. Rigsbee of Jacksonville, FL; 4 granddaughters, Paula (Walter) Shelar of Cortland,OH, Becky Gregor of Warren,OH, Dawn Mosier of Macomb, IL, and Rhonda Brown of Mattoon, IL; and 4 grandsons, Christopher (Debi) Gregor of Liberty,OH, David Gregor, Jr. of Arizona, Adam Webker of Andover,OH, and Billy Webker of Andover,OH.; and many great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover,OH. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Calling hours will be on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
