Darlene A. Fowler, 49 years old, of Jefferson, OH, died on Friday, November 12, 2004, at Ashtabula County Medical Center in Ashtabula, OH. Darlene was born on March 8, 1955, to the late Beatrice (Smith) Cotton and Kenneth Cotton, Sr. A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Mrs. Fowler was a homemaker. She married Thomas J. Fowler on February 14, 2003. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Cotton, on May 26, 1995. Mrs. Fowler enjoyed crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren; Tia, Christopher, and Jesseca. She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Fowler of Jefferson, OH; her daughter, Jenna Housel of Pierpont, OH; her son, Alan R. Woodcock II of South Carolina; her father, Kenneth Cotton, Sr.; her sister, Barbara Cotton; her brother, Kenneth Cotton, Jr.; her sister, Jackie Cotton; her sister, Dorothy Cotton; her brother, Eugene Cotton; her brother, David Cotton; and her three grandchildren.
