Dennis E. Harris

Niles, Ohio - Dennis Elwood Harris, age 67, died on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in Andover, Ohio. He was born on June 10, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois a son of Mary (Woodward) and Ronald E. Harris. Dennis graduated in 1966 from Evanston High School in Evanston, Illinois and attended the University of Denver. He was a district manager for Anderson out of Houston, Texas and retired in 2012. Dennis had a love of music. He loved playing guitar and learning new instruments, his thirst for knowledge was never ending. Dennis enjoyed reading great literature and poetry and traveling. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his three children, Megan A. Harris of Mentor, Ohio, Heather E. Harris of Meadville, Pennsylvania and Ryan M. Harris of Andover, Ohio and a sister, Carey Dutton of Los Angeles, California. Private services were held by the family.
