Donald Keith Moore

Donald Keith Moore, age 84, of Andover, Ohio, died Friday, March 29, 2013, at his home. He was born February 14, 1929, in Chesterland, Ohio, a son of Otmer Olden and Blanche F. (Sperry) Moore. Donald was a 1946 graduate of Mentor High School, Mentor,OH. He married Barbara J. (Coultas) on March 17, 1950, in McAllen, Texas. They lived in Texas for many years and returned to Ohio in 2009. Donald was employed as a plasterer while in Ohio, and as an electrician while in Texas. He was a member of the Lions Club International; and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. He also learned and enjoyed wood carving in his later years. Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Moore of Andover,OH; four children born of this marriage, Terri (Ron) Thompson of New Lyme township, OH, Debra (James) Cinco of Austinburg,OH, Daniel (Catherine) Moore of Jefferson,OH, and Roberta (Tom) Bressler of Beaver Falls, PA; 13 Grandchildren; 23 Great Grandchildren; one brother, Robert (Rose) Moore of Painesville, OH; and one sister, Vivian (Bob) Montgomery of Thompson,OH. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Dennis and Olden Moore. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect St., Andover,OH. Cremation will follow. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
