Donald Watson,

Donald Watson, Sr., 66 years old, of Kinsman, Ohio, died on Monday, May 31, 2004, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Donald was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 27, 1937, to the late Dorothy I. (Coleman) Watson and Frank and Bernice (Johnson) Watson. Formerly of Detroit, MI, Mr. Watson was a Kinsman resident for the past 3 years. He was a 1956 graduate of Williamsfield High School. Mr. Watson served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a cable repairman for Ameritech phone company for 29 years, retiring in 1997. He married Dorlass E. Vickers on July 29, 1961. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy (Coleman) Watson, and brother, Wyatt Watson. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorlass E. Watson of Kinsman, OH; his daughter, Donna M. (George) Haigler of Kinsman, OH; his son, David E. (Robin) Watson, Sr., of Detroit, MI; his son, Donald Watson Jr., of Detroit, MI; his daughter, Dorlas D. Watson of Detroit, MI; his son, Derek B. Watson of Detroit, MI; his son, Daniel W. Watson of Detroit, MI; his parents, Frank & Bernice (Johnson) Watson of Williamsfield, OH; his three sisters, Althea Ternent, GiGi Oatman, and Jasmine (James) Austin, all of Williamsfield, OH; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2004, at Noon (12p.m.) at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, OH, with Pastor Mark Biel officiating. Burial will follow in Williamsfield Center Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Saturday at 11:00a.m. until the time of services.
