Kinsman, Ohio - Donna Jane Smith, age 75, died on Thursday, March 21, 2024. She was born on November 30, 1948, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Bessie Del (Russell) and Kenneth Wade Baldwin. On September 23, 1978, she married Ronald Charles "Smitty" Smith. She was a member of the Kinsman United Methodist Church, and was active in church activities. Donna was also a member of the Kinsman Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, NESFACE, and doing food drives. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, doing needlepoint, making crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of forty years; two sisters, Sherry Baldwin and Ann Holler; and her brother, James D. Baldwin. Survivors include her four children, Regina L. Moore of Sharon, Pennsylvania, Kenneth E. (Pamela) Boles of Warren, Ohio, Donald R. (Jennifer) Boles of Carlsbad, New Mexico, and Kimberly E. (David) Funderburg of Solon, Ohio; her brother, Brian J. Baldwin of South Dakota; twelve grandchildren, Scott, Jake, Eric, Adam, Joseph, Becky, Kasie, Julia, Hailee, McKenzie, Ryan, and Evan; and ten great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life with a picnic will be held at a later date. Private burial will be held in Hartford Cemetery.
