Doris L. Coxson

DORIS L. COXSON, age 86, died Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at Concord Care Center of Cortland in Fowler, Ohio. She was born August 2, 1921, in Kinsman, Ohio, the daughter of Merle and Margaret (Crouch) Burns. A lifetime Kinsman resident, Mrs. Coxson attended Kinsman School. She enjoyed helping with the Kinsman Fire Department Auxiliary; doing puzzles; and she loved the outdoors. Mrs. Coxson married Elmer Coxson on October 23, 1963. She is preceded in death by her husband; and four brothers, William, Robert, Daniel, and Nellis Burns. She is survived by her three sisters, Josephine Roller of Austintown, OH, Marian Moon of Niles, OH, and Betty Pinter of Mantua, OH; and one brother, Richard (Joan) Burns of Hartford,OH. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH. Burial will take place in Kinsman Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of service.
