Geneva On The Lake, Ohio - Dorothy Mae Noble, age 88, died on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Lakeview Personal Care Home of Darlington, Pennsylvania. She was born on July 24, 1924, in Burghill, Ohio, a daughter of Martha (Louise) Whetson and Carl Elery Mullett. Mrs. Noble was a 1942 graduate of Vernon High School. She spent her time between Greenville, Pennsylvania and Geneva and was formerly of Port Orange, Florida. Mrs. Noble was a clerk for Westinghouse of Sharon, Pennsylvania for over thirty years. She enjoyed sewing and was known for her wonderful pies and other baked goodies. Mrs. Noble is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert Noble, whom she married on Sept. 21, 1951 and who died in 1980. Also preceding her is a sister, Marjorie Douce and two brothers, Carl E. Mullett and Richard E. Mullett. Survivors include two brothers, Robert E. (Eleanor) Mullett of Kinsman, Ohio and Keith A. Mullett of Elk Grove, California; her companion of thirty-three years, Lester Mitchell; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and grandchildren of the heart, Billy, Tiffany, Crystal and Trevor. A private service was held by the family with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in Vienna, Ohio.
