Elizabeth "Betsy" Forsythe

Elizabeth L. "Betsy" Forsythe, age 68, of West Palm Beach, FL, died Monday, May 30, 2016, at her home. She was born February 29, 1948, in Andover, OH, a daughter of Edward and Marian (Simonson) Doyle. Betsy was employed as a paramedic and a registered nurse for JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, FL for many years. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren; enjoyed painting and art work; and shelling on the beaches of Florida. She especially loved her four legged grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Anne Gonzalez of Dalton, GA; her son, Robert (Jordona) Forsythe of Sunrise, FL; her mother, Marian Doyle of Andover, OH; her two sisters, Carol Budzeak of Espyville, PA, and Nancy LaRusch of Andover, OH; her one brother, Edward Doyle of Andover, OH; her four grandchildren, Nicholas Gonzalez, Brett Forsythe, Ava Forsythe, and Thalia Liptak; and her three fur grandbabies, Tank, Dixie, and Duchess. She is preceded in death by her father; her husband, Robert Forsythe; and one sister, Theresa Mills. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at 12:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH, with Rev. Jeff Stealey officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, June 7th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
