Evelyn H. MacMichael

Evelyn H. MacMichael, age 94, of Austinburg, OH, died Sunday, January 8, 2012, at Austinburg Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 23, 1917, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Theodore and Ellen Swanson. A former long time resident of Plymouth Township, Mrs. MacMichael had lived in Austinburg for the past eight years. She was a graduate of North Kingsville High School. Mrs. MacMichael was a homemaker; and formerly attended the Plymouth United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her son, Terry (Arlene) MacMichael of Rock Creek, OH; her daughter, Barbara Kessel of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Helen Swanson; and her husband, Russell MacMichael, in 1973, whom she married August 12, 1942. Private services will be held for the family. Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover, OH.
