FLOYDE A. "BUNK" BITTIKOFER, age 82, of Andover, Ohio, died Friday, September 7, 2007, at Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, PA. He was born September 22, 1925, in Andover, Ohio, to Russell Hall and Florence (Bittikofer) Shepard. A lifetime Andover resident, Bunk was a truck driver for Wade Brothers for many years; and he also drove truck for Sears in Atlantic City for five years. Bunk served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a lifetime member of the American Legion, Andover. He enjoyed collecting trains and toys. Bunk married Bertha (Gaston) in 1963, and she precedes him in death in 1970. He is survived by his son, Ed Bittikofer of Lebanon, PA; a step brother, Daniel Shepard of Espyville, PA; seven grandchildren; an aunt, Nina Kellogg of Jefferson,OH; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 13,2007 at 2:00 PM at Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion, c/o Ralph Baker, P.O.
