FRANCES L. HALL, age 96, of Kinsman, Ohio, died Wednesday, November 21, 2007, at her daughter's home in Hartford, Ohio. She was born June 17, 1911, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Ross V. and Eva (Chapman) Mathews. A long time Kinsman resident, Mrs. Hall was a graduate of Kinsman School and also graduated from Northside in Youngstown as a registered nurse. She worked for Northside Hospital; two nursing homes; and did private duty nursing for many years. Mrs. Hall was an 83 year member of the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, where she was in the Ruth Circle. She was a member of the Ideal Club and a card club. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, playing cards, and she loved flowers. Mrs. Hall married Howard L. Hall on December 2, 1933, and he died in 1969. She is also preceded in death by her parents; two grandsons, Kim and Mark Black; three sisters, Alice Burns, Ruth Banning, and Betty Melvin; and two brothers, Alfred and Donald Mathews. She is survived by her two daughters, Sylvia Black, of Hartford, OH, and Carolyn (James) McKinley, of Kinsman, OH; five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. A funeral service will be on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH, with Rev. Larry Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Kinsman Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday, November 25th from 4 to 6 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kinsman Presbyterian Church, P.O.
