Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, - Gary L. Rose, 66, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, died on March 1, 2006 at Forbes Hospice of Pittsburgh. He was born on March 22, 1939 in Warren, Ohio to John E. and Annabelle (Ogram) Rose. Formerly of Williamsfield and Springfield, Virginia, Mr. Rose was a 1956 graduate of Williamsfield High School and he attended Youngstown State University. Mr. Rose worked with computers and finished his career as a programer. He formerly attended the West Williamsfield Congregational Church and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed photography, gardening, traveling and building model airplanes. Mr. Rose is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Ronald Erik Rose. He is survived by his longtime companion, Mitzi Kelley of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Robin E. (Dave) Damico of Winchester, Virginia; two sons, Raymond E. (Patty) Rose of Oviedo, Florida, Randy A. Rose of Stafford, Virginia; twin brother and sister Robert A. Rose of Grosse Point, Michigan and Roberta A. Taggart of Dorset; six grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, Michael, Jessica, Katie, and Jon. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at Noon, at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio 44003. Burial will follow in Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
