Gerald A. "Jerry" Goss

Gerald A. "Jerry" Goss, age 72, of Orwell, Ohio, died Monday, January 17, 2011, at UHHS Extended Care Campus in Chardon,OH. He was born February 6, 1938, in Poland,OH, a son of Austin P. and Rosalene A. (Codner) Goss. A long time Kinsman resident, Mr. Goss served in the U.S. Navy. He was employed by Copperweld Steel in Warren, Ohio, as a craneman; and was a volunteer firefighter for Kinsman for many years. His hobbies included fishing and he enjoyed Bluegrass music. Mr. Goss is survived by his son, Ricky Goss of Warren, OH, his daughter, Cindy Goss of Warren,OH, his son, Tim Goss of Mecca, OH, his brother, Gene Goss of Cortland,OH, three grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, and Austin, and two great grandchildren, Wyatt and Emma. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his step mother, Mary Goss. Mr. Goss will be cremated and no services held. Memorial contributions may be made to: Baumgardner Funeral Home, P.O.
