Goldie P. Lipinsky

Andover, Ohio - Goldie P. Lipinsky, age 89, died on Sunday, April 7,2013. She was born on December 17, 1923, in Welch, West Virginia, a daughter of Teresa (Vargo) and Steve Kume. On November 30, 1940, she married Eugene Frank Lipinsky. Mrs. Lipinski was a cashier for Golden Dawn Grocery Store for twenty-five years. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and its Altar & Rosary Society. Mrs. Lipinsky enjoyed taking pictures, listening to a variety of music, flower gardening and she loved her dog. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of forty-three years, Eugene Lipinsky; a son, Eugene Lipinsky; three sisters, Margaret Violet Urhin, Ethel Lewis and Katherine Daniels and three brothers, Steve, Joseph and John Kume. Survivors include a son, Joseph P. Lipinsky and Kathy McPherson of Richmond, Ohio; a sister, Julia Yokes of Andover, Ohio; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 481 South Main Street, Andover, Ohio with Rev. Matthew Albright officiating. Burial will follow in Richmond Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
