Guy H. Thomas, 83 years old, of Vienna, Ohio, died on Monday, March 7, 2005, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio. Guy was born on January 17, 1922, in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Thomas, a long time Vienna, Ohio, resident, was a truck driver working for Yellow Freight Systems for over 35 years retiring in 1985. He was a veteran having served in the Untied States Marine Corp. during World War II. He was a life member and past commander of VFW Post #6263, Gustavus. He was a member of Teamsters Local #377 in Youngstown, and the Trumbull County Farm Bureau. Mr. Thomas married Lillian J. (Wright) on February 28, 1928. He enjoyed camping, gardening, fishing, playing cards, working in his garage, and spending time with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by a son, Guy A. Thomas and a great grandson, Jazper Musolf. He is survived by his wife, Jeannett Thomas of Vienna, OH; his daughter, Bonnie D. (Don) Ragalyi of Vienna, OH; his son, George H. (Ruth) Thomas of Burghill, OH; his son, Mark A. (Karen) Thomas of Vienna, OH; his three granddaughters, Devonna Howdershelt of Cortland, OH; and Crisy Reid of Severn, MD; and Jaime Musolf of Howland, OH; his grandson, Jason Thomas of Poland, OH; and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 11, 2005, at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio, at 11:00a.m. Calling hours will be on Thursday, March 10, 2005, from 6-8p.m. at the funeral home.
