Harold Lee Carroll,

Kinsman, Ohio - Harold Lee Carroll, III, age 30, died on Wednesday June 4, 2008, at his mom's residence, after an extended illness. He was born on May 8, 1978, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Donna M. (Kumher) Fortuna and Harold L. Carroll, Jr. A Kinsman resident for the past three years, Lee was formerly of Austintown, Ohio. He attended Joseph Badger High School. Lee was a cook for the past twelve years. He was employed by Perkins of Austintown, Antone's Italian Café of Liberty and most recently, Time Square Restaurant of Kinsman, Ohio. He attended Rock of Grace Christian Ministries in Kinsman. Lee was a Steelers fan, and enjoyed music and movies. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Margaret and Harold Carroll, Sr. Survivors include his mom and stepdad, Donna and James Fortuna of Vienna, Ohio; a son, Preston Carroll of Kinsman, Ohio; a daughter, Haylee Carroll of Brookfield, Ohio; his father, Harold L. Carroll, Jr., of Niles, Ohio; a brother, Chad A. Carroll of Cortland, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Louis and Wanda Kuhmer of Gustavus; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio. A private service for the burial of cremated remains will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
