Haruko Morrison

Richmond, Ohio - Haruko Morrison, having been 90 for only a few hours, died on Friday, July 19, 2024. She was born on July 18, 1934, in Japan, her mother, Hatue (Katayama), and father, Fordita Tomeche. She came to the United States in the 1960's, and married David Morrison on December 10, 1969. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved her faithful dog Heidi. In her spare time she enjoyed planting flowers and gardening.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of fifty years. Haruko will be remembered by her two dear friends, Shelly and Emily as well as others.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
