JAMES MINER CRATSLEY, age 64, of Greenville, PA, passed away Monday, November 26, 2007, at his home after a year long illness. He was born December 16, 1942, in Warren, Ohio, the son of the late Arden and Esther (Coursen) Cratsley. In his youth, Jim received the Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America. A lifelong area resident, he graduated from Kinsman High School; and was also a graduate of Florida Barber College. Jim was employed for over thirty years at Delphi, where he retired in 2003. Jim had a passion for remodeling historic homes and had completed eight homes over the years. He also loved restoring antique cars, gardening, and baking apple pies. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Theresa Wolford Cratsley, of Greenville, PA; two sons, James (Trish) Cratsley, of Hartford,OH, and Todd (Darcy) Cratsley, of Cortland,OH, and their mother, Mary Lou Garrett, of Brookfield,OH; three grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah, and Cade Miner; two step children, Luke Wolford of Jamestown, PA, and Christine Wolford of Greenville, PA; four step grandchildren, Shelley, Ashley, Cole, and Geno Wolford; and two sisters, Ruth Orwig, of Florida, and Kay (Leonard) Higley, of Arcadia, FL. Friends and family are invited to a memorial service on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 6:30 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman,OH, with Pastor Jim Chapin officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Living Word Christian Center, 21 S. Maysville Rd., Greenville, PA 16125.
