Jazper Michael Thomas Musolf

Jazper Michael Thomas Musolf, 3 month old infant son of Michael and Jaime (Thomas) Musolf, died on Tuesday, February 10, 2004, at Akron Children's Hospital. He was born on November 8, 2003, in Warren, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Wayne and Janice Musolf of Warren, OH; his maternal grandparents, George and Ruth Thomas of Burghill, OH; his great grandmother, Ann Musolf of Howland, OH; his great grandparents, John and Mary Jane Ruhl of Geneva, OH; and his great grandparents, Howard and Jeannett Thomas of Vienna, OH; his great grandmother, Mickey Walker of Kinsman, OH: his uncle, Wade Musolf of Warren, OH; and his uncle Jason Thomas of Poland, OH. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2004, at 11:00a.m. at West View Cemetery, St. Rt. 7, Vernon, OH. Calling hours will be held at the cemetery chapel from 10:00a.m. until the time of services.
