Jessie Sajatovitz

Richmond, Ohio - Jessie Sajatovitz, age 96, died on Saturday, August 24, 2013. She was born on January 14, 1917, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Josephine (Kubat) and Stanley Antkiewicz. A high school graduate, Jessie was an inspector for the GE plant in Jefferson for thirty-two years. On November 19, 1942, she married John Sajatovitz. He died December 6, 1992. Jessie loved to hit the road and go to yard and garage sales. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of fifty years and two sisters, Jean McParland and Ann Backiel. Survivors include three nieces, Dolly Larosa, Carol Humphrey and Patricia Ackley. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 11:00am at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Andover. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 27th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice.
