Kinsman, Ohio - John A. Fonner, 40, of Kinsman, Ohio died on Monday, May15, 2006 at the Cleveland Clinic following a brief illness. He was born on October 16, 1965 in Warren, Ohio to Gerald and Mary (Campanilla) Fonner. Formerly of Vienna, Mr. Fonner was a 1984 graduate of Mathews High School, Mr. Fonner attended ITT Technial Institute in Youngstown, Ohio for two years. Mr. Fonner worked for Gasser Chair Company of Youngstown, Ohio for the past 15 years. He loved reading, bowling and playing golf. He is survived by his wife Vicki L. (Croft) Brown whom he married on March 1, 2005. Also surviving are his two step daughters, Nicole R. Brown and Marissa L. Brown both at home; his mother Mary C. Fonner of Howland, Ohio; a brother Mark (Jill) Fonner of Boardman, Ohio; his mother-in-law, Rita Croft of Kinsman; two brother-in-laws, David (Dawn) Croft of Kinsman and Daniel (Emelita) Croft of Frankford Germany; sister-in-law Jennifer (Paul) Israel of Kinsman; and niece and nephews Dylan, Cory and Jenna Fonner of Boardman, Jared and Justin Croft of Kinsman, Maya Israel of Kinsman, and Joshua Croft of Germany. Mr. Fonner is preceded in death by his father Gerald who died in September of 2005 and his father-in-law Harry Croft in July 2002. Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 19, 2006 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio.
