John W. Lower

John W. Lower, age 58, of Andover, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at the Andover Village Retirement Community. He was born November 19, 1955 in Greenville, Pennsylvania, a son of John F. and Emma C. (Williams) Lower. Mr. Lower was employed by Vernon township doing road maintenance. Mr. Lower is survived by his brother, Michael A. Lower of Williamsfield, Ohio; brother, Don Walton of Buckhannon, West Virginia; brother, Errol Walton of Greenville, Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Lower will be cremated and no services held.
