Joseph E. Gerrick, Jr.

ANDOVER- Joseph Edward Gerrick, Jr, age 95, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Andover Village Nursing Home. Born May 13, 1929, in Wabasha, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Zemak) Gerrick. On February 28, 1948, Joseph married his beloved wife, Mary Louise Fogel. They had been married 67 years at the time of her passing in 2015. 

For 40 years, Joseph worked in maintenance at Rockwell International. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and golfing. He is survived by his grandchildren, Richard H. Orr III of Kinsman, OH, Kimberly (Nick) Searl of Monroe, MI and Joseph E. Gerrick IV of Columbus, OH and his great grandchildren, Lexie Orr and Joseph E. Gerrick V. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joseph E. Gerrick, III; daughter, Mary Orr; brothers, Robert, David and Mikel Gerrick; sisters, Mary Ann Lahner and Barbara Gower.
