Karl Zane Yungbluth, 67 years old, of Kinsman, Ohio, died on Friday, March 12, 2004, in Vernon, Ohio. Karl was born on September 24, 1936, to the late Karl F. Yungbluth and the late Lucille (Peterson) Yungbluth. Formerly of Fowler, Ohio, Mr. Yungbluth was a Vernon resident for 46 years. He was a 1954 graduate of Fowler High School and served in the United States National Guard. He was a machine operator for Kraft Foods of Farmdale for 37 years and retired in 1995. Mr. Yungbluth was a member of the Champion Horseshoe Club and the Musicians Union. He played saxophone with "The Eddie Klavzar Orchestra Band" for 30 years and he had his own band, "Generations" with his children for 9 years. He was an avid Cleveland Sports fan. He enjoyed playing bingo, and cards, and collected John Deere tractors and sport cards. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joyce Golden. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette H. Yungbluth of Kinsman, OH; his daughter, Cindy L. (Charles) Gerrish of Vernon, OH; his son, Karl James (Mary) Yungbluth of Hubbard, OH; his daughter, Jennifer O. (Frank) Michael of Kinsman, OH; his brother, David A. Yungbluth of Metamora, MI; his brother, Frederick A. Yungbluth of Fowler, OH; his brother, Richard L. Yungbluth of Niles, OH; his siter, Karen S. Ragan of Fort Collins, CO; his step mother, Edith Jean Yungbluth of Fowler, OH; and 12 grandchildren, Johnny, Ashley, Holly, Frankie, Cody, Rachel, Carly, Jarrod, Zane, Gabe, Alex, and Luke. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at 2:00p.m. at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, Ohio, with Father Taras Maximstsev officiating. Burial will follow in West View Cemetery, Vernon, Ohio. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, March 16, 2004, from 2-4pm and from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
