Kathryn J. Huffman

Kathryn J. Huffman, 77 years old, of Wayne Township, OH, died on Sunday, March 13, 2005, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Andover, Ohio. Kathryn was born on June 3, 1927, in Shenango Township, PA, to the late Edward Johnson and the late Frances (Schulz) Johnson. A long time Wayne Township resident, Mrs. Huffman was employed by the Waynewood Restaurant in Wayne for 25 years as a cook. She was a long time member of the Williamsfield Mother's Club. Mrs. Huffman is survived by her husband of 57 years, Willard W. "Pete" Huffman; her four daughters, Frances Barta of Niles, OH; Alice Huffman of Murphysboro, IL; Linda (Tom) Dodge of Wayne Twp., OH; and Juanita (Cameron) Rider of Andover, OH; her three sons, Terry Huffman of Andover, OH; James Huffman of Youngstown, OH; and Rodney Huffman of Wayne Twp., OH; her brother, Frank Johnson of Jamestown, PA; 12 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. Preceding her in death are her parents; four brothers; and one granddaughter. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2005, at 12:00p.m. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, Ohio. Burial will follow in Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
