Kenneth A. Henstock, age 75, died on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio. He was born on May 16, 1931 in North Braddock, PA to William S. and Catherine (Sullivan) Henstock. Formerly of Pittsburgh, PA area, Mr. Henstock had lived in Andover since 1995. He had served in the United States Army. He was the owner and operator of Joe's Cafe in North Braddock, PA for 24 years. He had also worked at the Tri Point Ice Cream Co. in Pittsburgh for 22 years and Union Switch and Signal in Swissvale, PA for 13 years. Mr. Henstock was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Andover. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4035 in Andover, Moose Lodge in Cortland, Ohio, American Legion #5077 Pittsburgh, VFW # 5008 East Pittsburgh, AmVets in East Pittsburgh, and the Conneaut Lake, PA Fire Dept. Mr. Henstock is survived by his wife, Barbara Mae (Ebbitt), whom he married on Sept. 8, 1961. He is also survived by a sister, Gail Shillinger of North Braddock, PA and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, sisters, Jane Gately and Lillian Buterbaugh, and brothers, William, Richard, and Donald "Nip" Henstock. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2007 at 4:00 PM at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect Street, Andover with Rev. Kevin McCaffrey officiating. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2:00 PM until the time of service. A private burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover. Guestbook available at www.baumgardnerfuneralhome.com
