Kenneth Bruce Keehn

Andover, Ohio - Kenneth Bruce Keehn, age 83, died on Sunday, January 8, 2017. He was born on April 28, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York, a son of Evalyn M. (Cox) and Kenneth Gustauv Keehn. Mr. Keehn was a 1951 graduate of Massanutten Military Academy of Virginia and served in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force. Formerly of New Jersey, Mr. Keehn has been an Andover resident since 1985. On August 26, 1967 he married Elizabeth Ann Hartman. He was a wire installer for AT&T of New Jersey and was a press operator for the former RGT of Dorset, Ohio. Mr. Keehn was a member of the First Baptist Church of Andover. Mr. Keehn enjoyed reading, spending time watching old black and white movies, was always ready for a debate and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandson. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Karen Allison Keehn; his step mother, Hilda Woodward Keehn; two step dads, Arthur O'Leary and Jospeh Glenn. Survivors include his wife of forty-nine years, Elizabeth "Libby" Keehn of Andover, Ohio; a son, Kevin B. (Joanie) Keehn of Geneva, Ohio four grandchildren, Elisa, McKenzie, Chayla and Cierra and a great grandson, Dahvie. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
