Laura Lee Hudnall

Warren, Ohio - Laura L. Hudnall, age 75, died on Friday, January 1, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital in Warren, Ohio. She was born on May 4, 1934 in Marmet, West Virginia, the daughter of Ilda Beatrice (Dalton) and Alva Lee Kuhl. Mrs. Hudnall attended school in East Bank, West Virginia. She lived in Warren, Ohio for the past two years, formerly of Cleveland and Cherry Valley, Ohio. Mrs. Hudnall was employed at Glastic of Jefferson for over fifteen years, retiring in 1993. After she retired she enjoyed being the coffee hostess at Dairy Mart in Jefferson, Ohio for many years. On May 11, 1954, she married Arthur R. Hudnall. Mrs. Hudnall enjoyed crocheting, reading, playing video games, doing crossword puzzles, watching crime shows and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 50 years; a son, Mark E. Hudnall; a grandson, Austin Dowdy and a sister, Patricia A. Samms. Survivors include three daughters, Laurie A. (John) Hudnall of Niles, Ohio, Amy L. (Chad) Dunbar of Warren, Ohio and Amanda L. (Dave) Kelly of Plymouth, Ohio; five sons, Thomas L. (Marie) Dowdy of Osprey, Florida, Keith A. (Bonnie) Hudnall of Parma, Ohio, Jeffrey L. Hudnall of Houston, Texas, Kevin R. (Sue) Hudnall of Cherry Valley, Ohio and Scott P. (Beth) Hudnall of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; 16 grandchildren, Kris, Jenna, Jonathan, Sarah, Leigh Ann, Brett, Makenzie, Bryan, Taylor, Lauren, Travis, Nick, Sam, Madison, Aiden and Jake; three great grandchildren, Riley, Brooke and Shae; two daughter in laws, Kelly Hudnall and Ruth Hudnall; four brothers, Charles (Peggy) Kuhl of Scott Depoit, WVa, Alva (Dottie) Kuhl of Winfield, WVa, Don (Elaine) Kuhl of St. Albans, WVa and Roy (Norma) Kuhl of Winfield, WVa; her best friend, Patti Schott of Cleveland, Ohio and her beloved dog, Baby. A mother of nine, Mrs. Hudnall was mother to many of her son's friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2012 at 11:00am at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, Ohio.
