Leonard Rasbitsky

LEONARD RASBITSKY, age 62, of Andover, Ohio, died Monday, October 1, 2007, at Andover Village Retirement Community after a lingering illness. He was born September 28, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Joseph and Lillian (Youchunas) Rasbitsky. Leonard graduated from Shaw High School in East Cleveland where he lived as a young man. Andover had been his home for the past several years. He was an avid fisherman and shared his catch with many friends and the poor. Leonard was a great volunteer helper to those who needed him and will be missed by family and many loving friends. Leonard is survived by his brother, Richard Rasbitsky of Akron,OH; his sister, Lee Novotny of Phoenix, AZ; his close cousin, Dolly of New Jersey; two nephews, Dennis and Ricky; one niece, Tricia; and his beloved Aunt Fay. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH.
