Linda L. Petrus

Linda L. Petrus, age 75, of Andover, Ohio, died Saturday, July 6, 2024, at UH Geauga Medical Center in Claridon, OH.

She was born April 23, 1949, in Painesville, OH, a daughter of Louis A. and Elizabeth M. (Hydu) Petrus. 

Linda formerly lived in Perry and had lived in Andover for the past 20 years. She retired from Medallion Lighting in Mentor after many years of employment there. 

Linda loved to take care of her family, friends, and neighbors and she enjoyed volunteering at Country Neighbor in Andover. Her hobbies included cooking, crocheting, knitting, and sewing. She was always very good with her hands. 

Linda is survived by her daughter, Natalie (Bob) Sloban of Andover; her son, Shane "Sonny" Reimer of Andover; her 5 grandchildren, Eric (Nina), Amanda, Christine, Chris, and Corey; her great-grandson, Landen; her 3 sisters, Nancy (Terry) Jenkins, Claudia (Bob) Reynolds, and Betty Kolehmainen, all of Andover; and her 2 brothers, Alan (Jane) Petrus of North Carolina, and Steven Petrus of Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her great nephew, Konner Fetters.
