Lois J. McIntosh

Lois J. McIntosh, age 82, of Kinsman,Ohio, died Monday, December 1, 2009, at home. She was born May 2, 1927, in Burnsville, North Carolina, the daughter of Mack and Lillie (Penland) Holcombe. A long time Kinsman resident, Mrs. McIntosh was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, and going to garage sales. Mrs. McIntosh married Ralph McIntosh on August 7, 1953. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1999. Also preceding her in death are her parents and three brothers, Ralph, Brooks, and Paul Holcombe. She is survived by her three sons, Richard (Jan) McIntosh of Medina,OH, Dave (Ellie) McIntosh of Greenville, PA, and Steve McIntosh of Kinsman, OH, and his girlfriend, Jamie; nine grandchildren, Richard and John, Victoria and Patricia, Chad, Cory, Mike, Braden, and Bradley; and one great grandson, Devon. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH. Burial will follow in Parklawn Cemetery, Jamestown, PA.
