Lolita Katherine Bias, age 84, of Andover, Ohio, died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at the Andover Village Retirement Community. She was born March 15, 1927, in South Heights, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Albert W. and Lolita M. (Mulvine) Snyder. Moving to Dorset, Ohio, in 1987, Mrs. Bias had retired from the Cleveland Public School System as a cook after fifteen years. She was a member of the Leon United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading and singing; and she loved pets. Mrs. Bias married Winston K. Bias on August 30, 1961; and he preceded her in death on August 8, 2000. She is also preceded by her parents; two sons, Brian Morgan Bias and Winston Lee Bias; and one daughter, Bonnie (Watts) Stewart. She is survived by two sons, David Watts of Texas, and Jimmy Watts; two daughters, Debra (Watts) Berger and husband, Steve, of Wisconsin, and Sandra (Bias) Mauer, and husband, Mark, of Ohio; eight grandchildren, Angela, David, Melissa, Scotty, Christina, Angela, Kimberlee, and Eric; and many great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 1:00 pm at the Leon United Methodist Church, 3599 Stanhope-Kelloggsville Rd., Dorset, Ohio 44032. A private burial of cremated remains will take place in Richmond Center Cemetery, Richmond Township, OH.
