Loretta L. Perkins

Loretta L. Perkins, age 77, of Youngstown,OH, died Saturday, April 29, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. She was born February 10,1940, in Niles, OH, a daughter of Leroy and Grace (Mattson) Glunt. A lifetime area resident, Mrs. Perkins was a 1957 graduate of Niles High School. She was a homemaker; and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, needlepoint, and gardening. She married Robert W. Perkins on February 22 ,1957, and he preceded her in death on May 5, 2002. Also preceding her are her parents; her daughter, Lori Perkins-Jamison in 2007; and her brother, Larry Glunt. She is survived by three sons, Robert "Bud" (Barbe) Perkins of East Palestine,OH, Steven L. (Angelina) Perkins of Girard,OH, and Todd W. Perkins of Youngstown,OH; her 9 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren; and her brother, Richard Glunt of Girard,OH. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017, at 2:00 PM at the Kinsman Cemetery chapel, Kinsman,OH.
