Margaret A. Nagy, age 90, of Greenville, PA, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at St. Paul Homes. She was born April 27, 1919, in Munhall, PA, the daughter of Joseph A. and Elizabeth (Rapach) Kovacs. Formerly of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Nagy had been a resident at St. Paul Homes in Greenville for the past twelve years. She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Duquesne, Pennsylvania. She is survived by a nephew, Edwin Stropko of Virginia; three great nieces; her son-in-law, Edward Schorr of Espyville, PA; and a dear friend, Laura Gontkon of Duquesne, PA. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William C. Nagy; her daughter, Ruth Schorr; and two sisters, Elizabeth Stropko and Helen Gorney. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, May 1, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 481 South Main St., Andover, OH, with Rev. Kevin McCaffrey officiating. A committal service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the mausoleum chapel at Jefferson Memorial Park, 401 Curry Hollow Rd., Pittsburgh, PA.
